Light up a Bubble

What if everyone blew bubbles instead of smoking?   Wouldn't that be a good world?

    We wouldn't have to shower here on the west coast, just go out in the rain to rinse the soap off!

    That would be quite fun - the air full of bubbles - popping and dripping. I can just picture it!
